Thanks Suzanne!!!!! Survey This survey is mainly for parents whos TS daughter was diagnosed in utero and those who werent would like all to participate and answer those questions that you can. This survey is being conducted by a friend of mine, Suzanne and I put it here to get her more attention to it! and easier for people to respond Suzanne had a daughter that was stillborn at 38wks named Kaleigh, she had TS although the death was not confirmed to be related to TS she is trying to gather information to try and get more attention, so researchers might think about TS pregnancies more and find out more about TS babies in utero. Thanks for participating!!!!!!!!! :-) Name: Email: When did you find out that your daughter has Turner syndrome?: If you found out during the pregnancy did you find out through amino?: If you found out during you pregnancy what led to the dx? (example, u/s findings)? What was seen on u/s during your pregnancy that led the Doctors to want more tests? What is your daughter's karyotype?: List any complications you had during your pregnancy. What gestational age was you daughter when delivered?: Did you have any medical reasons that caused your daughter to be delivered early? What was normal movement for you daughter while you were pregnant? ( did she kick, roll, ect)? Did you have any non stress test done during your pregnancy?: If yes were the reactive or nonreactive?: Do you remember what your daughter's normal heart rate was during pregnancy?: Please list the physical features your daughter exhibits along with her karyotype. Please list the health related complications your daughter has along with her karyotype. What was your daughter's birth statistics? Have you had any other pregnancy losses? (Optional)?: Did your daughter have any other major health related aside from TS? Did you have any positive or negative experiences with the health care provider during you pregnancy?
		Angel Kaleigh As I said above Suzanne had a TS daughter that was stillborn at 38wks, named Kaleigh this is a wonderful pencil sketch of her and she is the angel that looks over my girls and all other children! Everyone is truly blessed by her.
		Alana playing with her new therapy toys! Suzanne as nice a woman she is purchased Alana alot of therapy toys, puzzles,cars,string beads, band in a box and MORE! It was done in memory she wanted to do it in honor of her daughter that passed that is pictured above Kaleigh. Alana loves the toys! and appreciates it alot! Her favorite is the puzzles I think :-) Again thanks Suzanne & Kaleigh and family!
